Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. You only need a wallet address to receive your payouts. There is nothing to sign up for.
How do crypto payments work?
Your customer opens your payment link, chooses a coin and network, and sends the payment from their own wallet. The funds are forwarded to your wallet address. Crypto payments can't be reversed, so there are no chargebacks. Create a crypto link.

USDT and USDC on several networks, plus BTC, ETH, LTC and SOL. See the documentation for the full list.
When do I get paid?
Your payout is sent automatically to your wallet once the customer's payment succeeds. You can also receive an automatic callback on your own server.
Which payment methods will my customers see?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers, depending on the customer's country, the amount and the currency, plus crypto. Each payment provider also has its own minimum order amount.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. When you create a payment link, you can add the URL of your logo so customers see your brand on the checkout page.
Can I share one payment link with several customers?
Yes. A payment link can be shared with as many customers as you like. Each time someone opens it, a new payment is created for them automatically. If you integrate through the API instead, create a new wallet for every order.
